Mini Caramelized Apple and Spice Loaves
40 g brown sugar
100 ml water
30 g Rama Perfect Bake
2 ml vanilla essence
10 ml cinnamon
Mascarpone (to serve)
Use 8 mini loaf tins (4cm x 7cm) lined with baking paper and greased with Rama Perfect Bake.
Caramelise 2 apples, peeled, cored and cubed in 30g Rama Perfect Bake and 40 g brown sugar.
Allow to cool and fold through the finished batter.
Pour the batter into the loaf tins and bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Turn the cakes out and cool down on a wore rack before serving with mascarpone and caramelized dried apple rings.
