Mini Caramelized Apple and Spice Loaves

  • 40 g brown sugar
  • 2 apples
  • 100 ml water
  • 30 g Rama Perfect Bake
  • 30ml cream
  • 2 ml vanilla essence
  • 10 ml cinnamon
  • Mascarpone (to serve)
  1. Use 8 mini loaf tins (4cm x 7cm) lined with baking paper and greased with Rama Perfect Bake.
  2. Caramelise 2 apples, peeled, cored and cubed in 30g Rama Perfect Bake and 40 g brown sugar.
  3. Allow to cool and fold through the finished batter.
  4. Pour the batter into the loaf tins and bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  5. Turn the cakes out and cool down on a wore rack before serving with mascarpone and caramelized dried apple rings.
