French Toast

  • 150 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 20g caster sugar
  • 4 slices of brioche or any bread of your choice, ideally 2 days old
  • 60 g Rama Perfect Bake
  1. Whisk the milk and the eggs together with sugar. Dip the bread slices in the mixture for just 20 seconds on each side making sure it soaks, but not over soaks.

  2. Heat the Rama Perfect Bake in a large non-stick frying pan. When it’s melted add the bread and cook on medium heat from 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown all over.

  3. Dust with icing sugar and serve with banana, fresh fruit or ice cream.
